The OGBL Financial Sector Trade Union is governed by the Syndicate leadership.
The members of the Syndicate’s executive are elected every 5 years during the Syndicate Day event. The management of the union is made up of members of the staff delegations, persons of trust and the central secretary in charge. They are elected to the National Congress.
