On February 9, 2024, the OGBL, as the majority union and spokesperson for the employees, the LCGB and Cactus management signed the new coordinated text of the collective agreement covering the company’s approximately 3,200 employees. Based on the agreement reached between the signatory parties on June 15, 2023, the coordinated text includes a number of new benefits for Cactus employees.
As a reminder, the agreement signed on June 15, 2023 provides, among other things, for significant salary increases, one having already been paid retroactively to January 1, 2023, and another to be paid in January 2025.
In addition, the agreement provides for a one-time bonus of up to €900, depending on seniority, which has already been paid in January 2024. In addition, all employees with more than 5 years of service were granted an additional half-day’s leave, as well as various other benefits.
As part of the work on the new coordinated text, a new procedure against sexual and moral harassment was also drawn up.
With the agreement reached in June 2023 and the coordinated text, the OGBL has fully fulfilled the mandate given to it by the Cactus employees.
The OGBL expresses its appreciation for the high quality of the social dialogue within the company and for the unwavering commitment of its delegates.
