Employees’ Department

Missions and objectives

It is the responsibility of the department to ensure that the rights of the employees anchored in the employee status are safeguarded.

The department is made up of OGBL candidates for the Chamber of Employees, OGBL representatives in the National Health Fund and the Pension Fund, OGBL representatives in the labor courts and social courts, elected by the Chamber of Employees.

The department meets at least twice a year. At these meetings, the reports of the competent members of the Executive Board for the Chamber of Employees and for the social security institutions are presented and discussed. At its first meeting after the elections for the Chamber of Employees and for the social security institutions, the department elects a committee of 11 members, including a chairman and two vice-chairmen.
