Protest picket outside Coca-Cola headquarters
The OGBL and Coca-Cola Luxembourg employees held a protest picket on Thursday, October 12, 2023. In front of the company’s headquarters in Howald, they denounced management’s attitude to collective bargaining, which began almost a year ago.
Faced with management’s stalemate, the OGBL was forced to take the matter to the National Conciliation Office (NCB) last July, where negotiations are still continuing, albeit with some difficulty.
