The members of the union’s executive are elected every 5 years during the Union’s Day event . The union’s leadership is made up of members of staff delegations, representatives of company sections, as well as trusted persons.

International collaboration

Given the increasing influence of European and international developments on decision-making at national level, trade union collaboration between countries is becoming increasingly important. At the European level, the OGBL Financial Sector Union is affiliated and active at UNI Finance.
