The cleaning sector in Luxembourg employs about 10,000 people, of which more than 85% are women. They mainly work in “building cleaning”.
The professional syndicate is at the disposal of the staff of building cleaning, industrial cleaning, recycling, hygiene and environmental companies, as well as laundries, and represents all employees in the domestic service sector. We are the most important national organization of the personnel in this economic sector.
